Bad Service from Ackermans Broadway Strand

This is the second time I received PATHETIC service from 2 different Ackermans branches in the Helderberg Cape Town area.

Your Broadway Strand in-store adverti*****t is clearly advertising 2 for R120 leggings with racks full of leggings. I take 2, get to the cashier where she tells me the total is R160. R160 for what? The supposed on special leggings? She tells me the 1 is on special and the other not. How is this when both are hanging at the same 'special' advertised spot? The service sucks - you have to deal with cashiers with no customer service etiquette and then tells you there are no specials!

Ackermans, if this is the kind of service you provide to the public who have been supporting you for years, then I prefer to take my money elsewhere! I work in retail and the rule will always apply that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY AS ADVERTISED!!! But clearly your staff has a lot to learn. This is the way I treat my customers, maybe you should teach that to your ill mannered staff!
