Bad Service from Ackermans

I layby clothes on the 15/10/2024 that worth R6558.10 at Ackermans in Centurion Mall. Yesterday they called me and said my clothes were flooded by water and funny is that my colleagues was not called about the store flooding. I went there to ask them if they cant ask other Ackermans for the clothes that were damage and they are not so helpful. Now i have to stress about my kids clothes instead of them coming with a solution by checking in other branches. Im so not happy with Ackermans. Even their Head Office is not coming up with a solution
