Bad Service

Am so annoyed at the service I got from Kamogelo. She does not have a good customer service at all 🤮! I went to make a purchase with my sisters shopping card and she requested a message sent . I then called my sister to get the sms , then she says “is it not yours ? Seeing that am calling my sister , I calmly said yes am getting the sms from my sister . She then said “NO” am canceling and quickly called for transaction to be cancelled . I mean am desperate as am buying for my kids uniform. I explained to her that I also have an account however mine does not buy because of finances .

Am extremely mad and will definitely pay off my account and never open it !! I will also advice my sisters as we all have this Acc to CLOSE IT!
