Bad Service ever! Day light ******s

What a day light ******* from Ackermans. My mother bought a phone on the 02nd August 2023 at Ackermans Thabong Shopping complex in Sebokeng Vaal, then only realised that it's the wrong brand. The following day we went to the store to request to top up the used amount and get another phone. However we were told of policies! The phone is still brand new, worse part my mom never signed anything as confirmation of her purchase. I then called the call centre and spoke to Zethu who couldn't assist me as well. What a bad service. Also attitude Wow
