Bad service

I went to do some little shopping today since I was bored at Ackerman in bloem plaza, gosh the experience was something else, well was buzy doing shopping stuff member came hanging clothes well I'm buzy saying people can't take out clothes n leave them like that in her department as if I'm the one who did that, she didn't even care whether I was buzy there or what they where buzy making unnecessary noise in the store but because I was tired and not in the mood to talk I kept quiet and moved and gave her chance to finish her job n continue with my shopping. Then I went to the till point to pay my stuff cashier took out one item said is not on sale is for charity but my question is why was it on the shelves n there's was 6 or 7 of those but I did bored to ask was really not in the mood,... Guess what when I get home check my items I was over charged. I paid normal price for sale items, so now I have to weist my patrol n my time to go query R70..... I'm really disappointed
