Bad service

If I could give 0 stars I would. On the 21st of Feb I visited Ackermans in Ventersdorp north west. When I came there they were busy with packing out new stock. Had to climb over boxes and had to move around everything that was lying on the floor also a ladder that was in the way of items, if you ask me that is a very big safety Hazzard, why could this not be done after the store close. Or just start with one side not turn the whole store upside down. On the 22nd of Feb I visited again to return the items that did not fit. Got to the front, no one at the register to assist. The lady that was standing there not even greeting shouted over me for someone to come and help me. I provide everything that is needed to return the garments. I was asked to come back the following day because it was still so they don't have cash for me so I could not return. What poor service that is.
