Bad service

Hi please help and train your staff to treat customer in a proper way what happened to me on the 29.09.2019 I didn't like it its unfair just because am black or because the shop I was it's in location .I went to katlehong letsoho shopping center I went there to buy school shoes I look around couldn't find any school clothes. I took toddler shoes and formal trousers then I saw the guy one of the staff I went to him and ask if they have school clothes he rep**** that they don't keep them and I ask him if he can call alberton for me to check if they have formal trousers for me because I can't swipe card now and go to buy at other store wow he rep**** that they don't have telephone and his cell phone is off and I ask for manager he said they don't have manager and i what kind of store it is that don't have manager and phone he said their stole their cable I told him that's not ma problem..his name is siyabonga.

Am very angry I don't wanna lie
