Bad service

I ordered online with ackermans on the 19th of february 2026 and the order est date of arrival was the 26 of february, on the 28th i called to inquired about the order and i was told a ticket is loaded and will be contacted within 48 hours to 72 hours which i dont understand why so long, but then i waited and contacted then on monday the 1st of march and i was told it was escalated and today when i called it is still escalated, no one explains where is the order or why the delay, even today they still telling me the will let me know, ackermans service is very bad
