Bad service

Ackermans at Ziyabuya Kwadwesi has bad service and store manager a bad attitude towards customers. My aunt went to return memory card that was bought few days ago but it's not working. Was told that it won't be returned because of how packaging was opened? After that store manager had an attitude and said nothing can be done she must keep the faulty memory card. Mind you my aunt is an elderly person and she bought the memory card she wasn't told to keep packaging intact incase of returns. How do you keep a memory card packaging intact when you literally have to cut it open to retrieve the memo card? Worse she was told to just buy another one. What kind of service is that?
