Bad service

I called Ackermans Bridge City on 08 January 2024 and I spoke to a lady who did not give out her name. I then explained that I wanted to check for a garment and I had the sku for it. When mentioned sku she gave the phone to another lady.I then explained again my reasons for a call and this lady asked for the description of the item. I then gave it as it appears on the website. She then asked for sku I then gave her sku *** (size 38 pants) as well as sku *** (size 38 top). She told me that she'll call me back and I asked her how if she's not even taking my number and she said it appears on the screen I then said I hope it doesn't get deleted after the call and she didn't respond. An hour later I tried calling but my call was being deliberately cut off because it was ringing then immediately someone was cutting it off and it was going to voice mail. She gave her name as Busaphi but I suspect that it might be wrong because I could tell from her tone that she was never going to call. I think she did not know how to check for stock using the sku instead decided to frustrate me.
