Bad service by the all staff members

I went to the store around 18:10 today, when I got there all the staff were at the front till, talking laughing so loud you could hear them from the front door.

When I got there to finalise my purchase, the ladies, 4 of them were still talking and laughing, the cashier was assisting me while talking to her colleague and they never stopped to talk and laugh until I left the store. What made me angry is the fact that it is not the first time this is happening, I like to shop at that store and more than three times or I can even say all the time, I was never attended too. the staff there they don’t care for their customers.

They will talk to one another while the other one is on the other side of the store and don’t even care if there are customers in the store, they never wear their name badges, like what is happening in that store is a mess and am just annoyed because they have really beautiful clothes in their store but their customers service is very bad.

If I was a mystery shopper I will really give them 1 on their customer service.
