BAD SERVICE

I have worked at ackermans in bellombre in pretoria the Manager by the name of norah Matoto constracted a dismall against me while I was working in another shop that she transfered me to without my idea. Now Im strugglig to recieve my Ui19 to claim for my benefits. Ackermans and their managers don't follow processes and protocols. Im struggling to head through to head office number. It rings without success.Im Stuck Ackermans has both bad customer service and employee experience.
