BAD SERVICE

I bought a phone there on the 14 November and told them that I want to insure it and the guy by the name Khazimla said that he will do it on the phone when the cashier experienced a problem regarding the insurance on the system before charging it on my account

Khazimla made a call and later said that he had been sent from pillar to post and there is nothing he can do and left me to attend other people. I left the shop with my phone not insured.

I sent an email to Ackermans customer care complaining about Motherwell and I was given *** as the ticket no in few days got an email sating that the call had been close without even a single person contacting me and logged another one and given ***3 as then it was close after few days as the first one. my phone is still not insured
