Bad Service

My mum and I exchanged school shoes at 731 Vereeniging shop S4, S3A Mark Park as she noticed the first time that they gave her a wrong size, she went back to change the shoes and they still gave her the wrong size after paying for the difference in prices because it goes with sizes, I had to go to another Ackermans store which is close to work and get the right size, they told me that I’d have to be charged again for the price difference of the sizes, had to pay for their own mistake which they did twice, I had to pay because the store that we went to the first time was very far and couldn’t go back to Vereeniging to not be charged I’m disappointed with how Ackermans does things and not being able to assist.
