Bad service

I had the worst experience ever at Ackermans princess crossing. I doubt I'll ever set my foot there again. I even canceled my laybye. I will do it another branch. The Manager ( Thandi) is just the worst person ever. I bought a fone on the 11th of Feb and on the 12th i returned it cause it was giving me problems while it's brand new. But she treated me so horrible the cashier ( Mpume) apologized and helped to give me a new fone which I'm grateful for. I don't know how Thandi is a manager with that attitude. Worst person ever!!!
