BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

I have never in my life experience a bad service as at Ackermans in Stellenbosch.Took my phone there for repairs and is there for 3 months now i called them everyday and everytime they have an excuse about where my phone is,they blame the courier what the ****?i demanded a another phone but excuses it is like always.I finish paying for the phone and told them to bring my phone back so i can fix my own phone but if you own them they quick to call you..i hate that shop!!!!!!!
