Bad service at Montclair Mall

I'm very disappointed at the service I received from the staff including the manager at the Montclair Mall branch. I bought a phone last week Wed 17th, the last few days the phone has been giving hassles. Under the impression that I'm in the 7day period to return it, I was made to feel as if I am the problem or I'm lying in a very unfriendly manner. Then I was told I can't return the phone because they did not explain the return policy properly to me and today is actually the 8th day. I'm very upset by the level of service I received, now Im stuck with a phone that's not up to standard.
