Bad service at jubilee Mall Ackermans

i had a very bad service at Ackermans Jubilee Mall, i waited about 55 mimutes on the que waiting to pay my wife's account and when i confronted the manager she was so rude and told me to call head office and tell them that they need staff.I went there as of yesterday the 5th of June 2025.I wonder how she got the position of managing the store the way she speaks to the customers.She was never apologetic but being very rude.
