Bad service at Arkermans Tsakane Mall by a Cashier

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your Ackermans store in Tsakane Mall on 2nd of December 2025

When I wanted to fit clothes, I found the fitting room locked and unattended. I looked around for assistance, but there were no team members available. I then asked a Credico staff member, who referred me to a cashier named Nkele.

When I approached Nkele, I greeted her and politely asked if she could please unlock the fitting room. She looked at me with attitude and did not respond at all. Her behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

Fortunately, another staff member, Refiloe, offered to assist me. I appreciate her help, but I am still very unhappy with the poor service and attitude I received from Nkele.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed, as such behavior negatively affects the shopping experience.
