Bad service @Ackermans Vangate Mall

Hi my sister is from Eastern Cape she did a laybye last month at Ackermans and found out that her mother had bought some of the things she lay bye'd at Ackermans, we went to Ackermans today 30th May 2026 to cancel the laybye and take out some of the things and asked to relay bye, the refused, even when we said it's fine then we gonna get some of the things from the floor and laybye, they cancelled the laybye gave her, her money back and asked her to mo e from the que. This is bad service as I have a 2w year old daughter have have been a client for over 20 years going to N1 City Mall we're I have always received the best service, this bad service is unacceptable, I stood there in a very long line to be treated like am nothing, that lady Indian manager was very rude.
