Bad service at Ackermans Stanger Synergy Square

Worst service experienced at Ackermans Stanger Synergy Square on 04 May 2023 after 5pm. Went there to collect an online purchase, there was only 1 cashier working. She called for staff assistance by loudly calling out a name as she said she doesn't deal with parcels. Fair enough, I waited for about 15mins for this other lady to say she also doesn't deal with parcels, another lady was called loudly. I asked this cashier if am I ever going to be assisted because clearly nobody is coming, the cashier says I must not yell at her because she has called for help, it's not her fault that nobody is coming. I waited again and it's now almost 20min for this other lady to come and tell the cashier to help her look for her office keys as parcels are kept in the office. Having waited now for about 30min only to be told that they have misplaced their office keys, I then decided to leave with disappointment because clearly I was not going to get my parcel. There was not even a sense of apology for the inconvenience they caused to me as a customer
