Bad Service at Ackermans Hazyview from the Manager

I went to Ackermans Hazyview for refund after I bought my son school trouser which was on sale and the only trouser in store hence I couldn't exchange. The lady who assisted me at the door was very friendly and the cashier too. Until the cashier called her supervisor for the exchange,the supervisor came, didn't greet me and she made a funny comment that made me feel small coz I'm requesting for a refund. I managed to get her name and before I went out I asked the lady at the door what is Patricia's position to my surprise i was told she is the manager and when I told the lady at the what she did she wasn't surprised and I said to her ur reaction says a lot it means Patricia is always rude to customers. And she said I'm not the first to complain. For a manager to be rude while people reporting to her are friendly it's very questionable.
