Bad Service at Ackermans

I did a Laybye in Ackermans a month ago n paid an amount of R970. So now am struggling financially I wanted to cancel the Laybye, I went to the store to that they told me that I can't cancel the Laybye b4 it expires and if they cancel it they gonna give me a voucher I mean I don't need the voucher I need my money. Those ladies were giving me an attitude telling me why did I do a Laybye if am gonna cancell it. 😔😔😔😔
