Bad service at Ackermans Bloed Mall

I've never been so ill treated at a retail store like I did today. I went to Ackermans store at Bloed Mall with the interest of purchasing winter clothes. I ended up buying a bag. When I paid for the bag I was assisted by an extremely rude lady by the name of Nkateko. She was very rude I'm still shocked. While I was paying I asked if they sell plastic she rep**** and said yes. When I wanted to pay for it she said the store doesn't have plastics. I didn't mind because I needed the bag ASAP I asked if she can cut the price tag because and I can hold it. She's said why don't do it myself. The way I was so shocked her colleague was also shocked. She told me that the store doesn't have scissors. Nkateko is very rude and care less about the customer services or her job. Giving this a one star is an insult compare to the service I received today.
