Bad service and stinking attitude

I was treated so bad by a staff member at vaal mall Ackermans, this for requesting to exchange some clothes. I did not realize exchanging was a lot of work that a person can be so rude. Why apply for a job then have issues carrying out your duties. This staff member was so rude to a point that she put back clothes I had requested to be set aside for collection the following day which was in less than 24 hours. This is so disappointing.
