Bad Service and poor service
My name is Thabo Ramaboa, before I changed my surname, I had an account with account and my account name was Elia Thabo Motsiet. I paid the store all money that was due. After 5 months, debt collectors calls me everyday that I'm owing Ackermans. I called Ackermans, they say yes I don't owe them. I don't want my name to be on credit bureau because of you guys not updating your accounts. This is harassment. My contacts are ***. This is the worst service I ever experienced in South Africa

19 Dec 2024, 14:38I called the company today on 19/12/2024, Anele Insists that I owe them even it was confirmed that I paid up my balance and account is closed. Anele Phaushwe is an arrogant supervisor at their Head office and wants me to take the blame after I closed account 5 months ago, and suddenly they handed me over to their debt collectors without even calling me, sending emails, etc. What kind of business is this?
