Bad service and *********** Manager at Ackermans Bree Street

The manager refused to refund my money while I had the receipt and an Item in good condition because it was a cash exhange as stipulated on the slip but still she refused because I don't have a slip of the item exhangedbat another shop. Their store kept the receipt and they now make it my problem and want me to go to that for service...This is nonsense.
