bad service and bad attitude

I went on 26 December to Ackermans in Lydenburg. The one staff member were drunk. The staff on the floor told me to buy at sheet street. And the lady at the till threw my goods in the bag. I phoned the call centre about my complain. Then the manager of the store phoned me to come to the store. She asked the staff members to appologise but they told me they had done nothing wrong. The manager wad upset because on the complain from the call centre they said manager rude. After all that I want to buy bedding and towels. Then it was the same problem again. Out of stock and no service. I do not want to buy there anymore.
