Bad service always

Pathetic service always, had to wait on the queue like 30 minutes without assistance, I can as early as possible, no queue, it was just the two of us in the store n I waited n waited while they were all busy with ups and downs, asking for passwords etc Accermans foresthill, I always receive bad service, consultants talking to each other instead of helping, it is my nearest acckermans but will never ever go there ever again, although I can recommend Nokuthula and Precious, I'd like precious to assist all the customers, I would never ever buy from that store, just off from pep now and I'd gladly rate their good service
