BAD SERVICE

I will never advise anyone to ever open an account with Ackermans. Firstly it doesn't matter how much you pay on the account it NEVER goes down. How much interest do you charge? 100% ?? second of all even if you do pay the installment, they keep sending me messages that I a m in arrears. and asking double the instalment even tough its was paid. Seriously they are most ***********. I want to know/ DEMAND the final amount on this account. and when its paid up, I want this account closed. Its companies like ACKERMANS that gives people a bad name and low credit score. I don't even have this problem with Identity. Wake up Ackermans.
