Bad service about refunding at Ackerman Attlyn West of Pretoria.

<p>Went to Ackerman in Atteridgeville to make a refund, but was treated bad by the store manager and his cashier. All I wanted was to return a trouser that was bought by my husband with a cheque card and he's out of town, but I was told I can't be helped need to come with the card he used, tried to explain that he doesn't live here in Pretoria and I don't have the card, I was tuned back and told to come back when i have the card, the manager(Sibusiso) refused to give me he's surname cashier(Eunice) they were both rude to me. Please hellopeter.com help me in this matter. I don't want to tremble into consumer rights issues, I need your attention in this matter.</p>
