Bad service

Today I was at South gate Ackermas, a guy came to me while I was busy looking for my bra size: this is our interaction: Him:Hello mamzo, please help me choose a brew size! And then he left.

Is this professional? I was there as a customer already not ok because there was no one to assist me and now here comes someone who says this.
