Bad service

Im extremely disappointed with online purchase I’ve order ,the delivery was delayed i had to follow up on my order only after I complained about my order i was advised no OTP system issues , after collecting my order only to find out 1 of my item is missing I ordered 3 items only received 2 no communication with the lost item …poor service delivery poor Communications ,poor packaging I’m so disgusted by customer care staff and the Ackerman’s team and online process !!!!!!!!!!!!
