Bad service

Hi I went to Ackerman to pay my laybe and normal you give them slip and collect laybuy but when I get to store cashier told me I need to pay first and I ask how cause you need to scan the clothes first and then pay cause some price change why should I pay or this is new policy that changed during this year time.i don't think clothes for winter in summer they are still costing that price and if I return it,it will be given to me by that price and also resale to another client by sale amount why when we went to Woolworth winter clothes are on sale but Ackerman we pay before they scan.and if this it's new policy it's also need to be told to customer.
