Bad service

I want to report an extremely bad service from one of your stores, in Capetown Mandalay, branch manager whom i believe knows nothing about your brand and people is Branden,. I bought sneaker for my 3 years ago *** yesterday evening and only worn a couple of hours today, the shoe is damaged and your employee refused to exchange it because your shoes are not good quality according to him, he wants to know what did my son do with the shoe..a 3 years old he played like any other ***s...so now the poor quality is his faulty and i should not be returning them according to him...i ve been a customer for years and i have reurned faulty goods to any store the treatment i received today was shocking and will never wished it for anyone.
