Bad service

Bad service...I have made a lay bye at ackermans Plaza pheonix mall ...when i wanted to cancel the lay buy am getting turn arround been at the store for more than an hour now and still no assistance ...the manager Thanda just left me by the till. With no alternatives no assistance ... The lay buy hasn't expired as yes...
