Bad service

I had a bad experience in the with the guy who does accounts for customers i told him i dnt have enough time to be in the store coz i was on lunch but he wasted my time not paying attention to me but other customers when i told him im in a hurry he still took long to help me and i left without completing i had to comeback today instead of apologizing he mad excuses his attitude was unacceptable im in Ladysmith the guy name is Sfundo
