Bad service

I bought jacket from musina mall store and the jacket was small today I went to the store to do an exchange but the jacket was finished so I asked for refund but I was directed to the other store they said they still have stock so I walked to the other store when I get there they said they don't have stock and I told them can I have a refund cause I can't go around up and down and that person told me I have to go back to the other store there are the one who have to refund me cause before they send me there they were supposed to call and check if they have stock so I have to go around with something that they can assist me.
