Bad service

I went to ackermans in mookgophong to buy clothes.One of the dresses i wanted to buy they did not have the size i wanted then I asked if they can check for me in one of their stores in polokwane. The lady i asked said she doesn't know with an attitude and I must ask another lady pointing me to someone i did not even see..i ended up asking the lady at the till and she also told me she does know..I find the service horrible and pathetic.I had to drive myself to polokwane to try and find what i wanted.
