Bad Service

I went to Ackermans Thaba nchu yesterday to buy boots for my daughter. When I asked one of the guys that work there for a size check ,he told me that he can't help me because the shoes are in boxes at the back and the boxes have not been opened yet. He added that I would need to come in again on another day to see if the size I want has been put on the aisle. When I asked if I'm expected to come everyday to check as heavily PREGNANT as I am, he answered by saying it is not a Must for me to come everyday. I don't know his name because he didn't have his name tag on him while he was being rude and inconsiderate. I've shopped in different branches in SA and never have I ever seen such bad service. Im so disappointed.
