bad service

I had shoes that i had bought for my niece from the Ackermans at the Whale Coast Mall and they ended up not fitting her so when i was in town today i decide to go to the other Ackermans there and exchgane the shoes for other ones of the same price and if they were above the price i'd obviously pay for the remander. Wheni arrived at the ackermans i was helped by the managsr Thumeka August, she told me that she couldn't help me and told me to go to the Ackermans at the mall and exchange the. I went to the mall and there i was approached by a worker called Nathi, she said she had received a voicenote from Thumeka descrubing how i look and what shoes i was trying to exchange and told her not to help me as i looked sketchy. Nathi did not listen to her "colleague" and ended up helping me anyways because she said even though i didn't have the slip there was absolutely no reason to not exchange the shoes as the tag was still intact and the shoes were clean and clearly not worn. I would like for Ackermans to pay for the petrol i used because of their rude worker/manager and the bad service they offer at that branch. Her behaviour is the reason i'm never going back to buy something from Ackermans again because they have no way of handling customers and have a horrible customer service
