Kindly assist on the matter reporting ackermans park Central

Bought a phone mobicel R1 02/11/2018 R1399.00 cash

In January I've return the phone to the store the battrey was giving me a problem and it's was freezing on the 26/01/2019

I've been coming to the store day to day they kept on saying the phone it's not back

Till today 09/04/2019 when I go to ackermans park Central, was advise that my phone it's back but they giving me a new phone which is Mobicel R1 advised that they no longer do R6

My issue here is that I bought a phone with R1399 now they giving a phone that cost R1000- when ask about what about my R399.00 was advised that I've already used the phone, it's only a months that I used a phone ,THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE BALANCE
