Bad service

I bought a phone at Ackermans in February the phone just switshed off. On the 18the of April i handed in my phone at Ackermans waverley centre for repair or for the issue to be resolved as the phone is two months old. Today as i went there to find out if there is any news, i was so upset to find out that the phone is still at the store and have not been send away. I told them that i am currently job less and i need a phone nobody can contact me. Please Acermans i need the phone back as soon as possible i missed a very important job oppertunity.
