Bad Service
Hi there On the 11th of January I took my Cellphone in for repair at Ackermans Sunnypark in Pretoria, and I was told it would be back in 3 to 4 weeks. Today we are in the 6th week, I went to the store to collect it but I was told it's not back yet. I stay in Mpumalanga, I travelled 187km to PTA with hope to pick up my cellphone.
I was made to speak to a lady at MTN on the phone and she said it takes 21 working days for the repairs to return. We are now on the 28th working day, please help
I purchased the cellphone on 29 June 2018
