Bad service

I must say I am very disappointed in the way Ackermams treat their customers and handle issues. On the 22nd of September I went to Arckermans in Westgate mall to pay for my Lay bye....I told the cashier the amount I want to pay and he punched in a wrong about and changed to to the right amount...he swiped my card and did everything and he told me he has to cancellation it because the system has already registered the first amount he punched incorrectly, I told him that the correct amount has already gone off my account, he said it does not matter it will be reversed because he received it on the system...he asked another cashier to do another transaction on her till off the same amount, I asked him if he is sure of what he was doing because that means I will be double debited ....he said yes the first one will be transferred back in my account in 15... I walked around the mall for more than an hour waiting for my money to be transferred back. I had to go back to the shop and told them that there is nothing in my account....they told me to wait a few days and if nothing, go to Capitec bank and request for a dispute or something like that...I did exactly that n they called Ackermans to find out what what happened n the person at Ackermans was very useless...I was then told to go back to Ackermans during the week because their finance department only work during the week...I went there n they told me I came late because the department closes at 16:00 but I was not told that, how was I going to know. The lady there I believe shes the manager told me that she will call them and resolve this issue and call me the next Monday....even today I am still waiting for that call, m sure they forgot about it as I left the shop. This is such an inconvenience, I want nothing to with them anymore. I want all my money back that I paid already and I will go to another shop where I will get the right service.??????
