bad service
i went to ackermans wonderpark to exchange school shoes they told me they cant help me i must go back where i bought the shoes to exchange them or fund. they told me my child can go to school with what he went with today so i feel they were wrong since i saw the other guy in the store packing the same school sjoes i bought which raised a question to me that the shoes are still in the store they dont want to exchange them for me. i spoke to the manager as well she didnt assist me ahe even laughed at me with her colleaque. i felt so stupid.
