Bad service

I regret buying online on Ackermans, this is a worse experience... I've made an order on 30 december, estimated delivery date was 7 January, but my order has been to johannesburg hub since 3 January.. and I need those clothes for schools before they are opening... I've been sending emails but no respond 😕
