Bad service

I went to soshanguve crossing to report the phone that I bought 3 months ago at Bloed mall, it's no longer working. I spoke to one lady and she said that they can't assist me because I don't have a slip with me. She then said that I must go to the store that I bought a my phone, they will reprint the recipe for me and they can assist me. This lady was so rude nd I requested to talk to the manager, he came and tried to call Bloed mall but he said they are not answering the phone and I left. I went to Bloed mall I spoke to assist manager who did not even wanted to hear wat I want to say,there moment I tell him that I don't have the slip, he just said he back and look for the slip. I asked for the manager, she came and checked the box, she said the phone shows that was sold here and the till but they can't help me. So I received a very bad service from both stores.
