Bad queuing time

Good day, while I was in the Mall of Africa store on Thursday the 7th of May - I waited int he queue for about 30 minutes with only 3 tellers working and 3 tills not being used while other staff is on the floor merchendising and being used as security at the door. What is the point of merchandising when customers are literally walking out due to long lines. This is not smart either your QMS (que management system) is clearly faulty or the person in charge of managing staff doesn't know their job to be in this situation on a Thursday not even month end is embarrassing and a reflection that you do not value your customers or their time. There was 3 staff by the door playing security and not helping on the till. Do better a simple sales analysis can show you busy times during the day. Respect us guys
