Bad Quality Underwear !!

I went to Ackermans Lakeside Mall on the 7/8th of March . I brought some underwear for me and my mom , my mom is going to hospital and needs underwear . my whole pack is torn , have to fix it to wear it . Its not too small !! Every underwear that I wear tears immediatly , what kind of ******* are they selling , pep is beter quality then ackermans .

I bought 3 packs 5 inside and it wasnt cheap , Ackermans was always best quality , now they are worse than the pavement specials ..

I have to now go buy others , my mother cant go to hospital and wear torn underwear ?

Maybe its rejects ... Unbelievable !!
